Feature Extraction Feature extraction is the process of computing numerical representation that can be used to characterize segment of audio and classify its genre. Digital music file contains data sampled from analog audio signal. It has huge data size compared to its actual information. Features are thus extracted from audio signal to obtain more meaningful information and reduce the over-loading processing.For feature extraction three sets of features for representing instrumentation (timbered), rhythmic content and pitch content will be used [3]. 1 . Timbres Texture Features The features used to represent timbre texture are based on the features proposed in speech recognition. The following specific features are usually used to represent timbre texture. @ Spectral shape features [1-3] Spectral shape features are computed directly from the power spectrum of an audio signal frame, describing the shape and characteristics of the power spectrum. The calculated features are based on the short time Fourier transform (STET) and are calculated for every short-time frame of sound. When unlabeled data (new coming data) comes, the trained system is used to classify it into a known genre.K-Nearest Neighbor (ANN.) is a supervised classifying algorithm where the result of new coming data is classified based on majority of K-nearest neighbor category [3]. Results differ from which database set used to MGM. In this paper, database set made by at least 7 songs for each category. In this paper whole file classification has been used to MGM. It takes much more time to process than ell-time frame classification but it has advantage in accuracy and it can avoid data distortion. Using ANN. method twice may reduce errors.Figure 8 shows taxonomy of Music Genre. In first ANN. classification ANN. classify larger group of music genre such as Classic, Jazz, Rock, R/Hip-Hop, and Pop. Hell Branham’s view of hell is very different from the normal notion of traditional Christianity which believes that hell is a place of eternal torment. According to Branham, God will do away with Hell (Stadsklev, 1952). Church William Branham considers that any other church that does not honor the word of God as he puts it is of the devil. This means that all the other churches outside his notion are of Devil. However, not all people found in these denominations are of devil, others are seeds of God but they will be saved during the Great Tribulation where they will have to shade their own blood in order to inherit the kingdom of God. However, through evangelical ministries by Branham’s followers, some people are saved and accept his ways meaning that they are re-baptized in the name of Jesus to eliminate the notion of trinity in their lives (Milne Reis, 2000). He believed that being in a denomination meant having a mark of the beast described in the book of Revelation (Revelation 13: 6-18). End Times Branham considered himself the guaranteed Elijah of Malachi 4:5, sent as a messenger to marshal in the end. Traditional Christian exegesis of Malachi 4: 5 has provided John the Baptist as being the messenger spoken of (John 1:6-9). Although John the Baptist declined that fact, he actually completed the role of a messenger of Isaiah 40: 3. Funny enough, only the Judaism of Orthodox that support the notion that Elijah is yet to come. Therefore, since they believe Elijah is has not yet come, the usually leaves an empty seat for him to occupy during their Passover celebrations (Anderson, 2004). Blackberry, when first introduced in 1999, took the corporate market by storm because of its capability of storing and managing e-mails along with other professional tools. Later the introduction of Black Berry Messenger (BBM) was another successful addition and made it famous among the non-corporate user class all around the globe. From its inception to the introduction of Blackberry and until today, RIM has had various challenges in terms of safeguarding its intellectual property and took some steps to counteract those problems which I will be discussing in this paper. 1.What were some of the challenges that RIM faced to protect its intellectual property, and how did RIM handle those challenges? The first challenge for RIM was in 2001 when it claimed that its competitor Glenayre Electronics infringed on its patent and charged dilution, unfair competition, and false advertising (1). As a result RIM sued them over using its patented mailbox integration technique that was exclusive to its Blackberry smartphone device which was later settled in their favor (2). Another lawsuit filed by RIM was against Good Technology in 2002. RIM alleged that Good was infringing on four of its patents. The first is for a method and apparatus to remotely control gateway functions in a wireless data communications network. The second relates to a method and system for loading an application program on a device. The third relates to a method and system for transmitting data files between computers in a wireless data communications environment. And the fourth relates to a mobile device that is optimized for use with thumbs (3). Another big event was the RIM-Motorolla lawsuits in 2008 when Motorolla filed a lawsuit against RIM for using its patented technology but in reply RIM sued back Motorolla. RIM filed the lawsuit for demanding exorbitant royalties on patents that were essential to RIMs business. Besides being accused of anti-competitive conduct, Motorola was also accused of violating nine different patents and for breaking a 2003 agreement by refusing to agree to new terms beyond January 2008. This long battle came to an end when both companies settled out of court. The word â€Å"cannabis†, most commonly known as weed, has rose the brow of Americans everywhere and has been the topic for debate for decades now. Those that oppose the use of the plant believe it is used to smoke, but there are many positive aspects which have been proven to result from its use. For example it is proven that marijuana is less dangerous to the human body than alcohol and tobacco products. As a result, most believe that the legalization of cannabis will drastically decrease the crime in our cities and form a more productive society thought its wide variety of uses. Now there is something called the â€Å"war on drugs† which deals with every level of society and every year the American government spends enormous amounts of money to fight this so called war. Some people even argue that this war has already been lost and the only way to stop the fighting altogether is to legalize cannabis. For instance, smoker, William Buckley said â€Å"pot is harmful, but people shouldn’t go to prison for smoking it†. Buckley was a college professor that admitted to smoking cannabis on a television show in 1973 and was quoted to say that there was half a million arrested in the same year.
